Firstly, you copy the code given above. Then edit your .htaccess file and paste it at the bottom.This code controls two things. As you can use it for both Leverage Browser Caching and Add Expires Headers.

After that go to this link to CSS Optimize or Minify. Then paste that Copy in the empty box. Here you will see JS and CSS checkbox. From which you have to click on MINIFY button by ticking CSS.
