Grammarly Review

Is Grammarly worth it?

It’s an online service that quickly and easily makes your writing better and makes you sound like a pro, or at least helps you avoid looking like a fool.

To almost any writer I think Grammarly can be a great tool.

The free version is useful for anyone writing shorter pieces of writing, from writers to students to anyone sending emails regularly.

As for the Premium version, it’s especially useful for anyone who creates more technical, longer form material. Nonetheless, if your document is supposed to be published (i.e. report or book) or read by significant stakeholders (i.e. a work document), I wouldn’t place all my eggs in the Grammarly basket.

I would also recommend the Premium edition to anyone whose second language is English.

If you want to give your writing an extra layer of checks or if you want to strengthen your writing by becoming more conscious of the frequent problems that undermine it, Grammarly is worth getting.
